BUFFER
A Solo Exhibition by Bradley Sinanan
Opening June 27th, 2026. 6-9 PM — Performance 8PM
Third Space Studios is pleased to present Buffer, a solo exhibition by Fort Lauderdale based artist and designer Bradley Sinanan.
Bringing together installation, video, performance, and interaction, Buffer examines how contemporary masculinity is mediated through interfaces, screens, and algorithms. Pulling from a variety of sources, from Grand Theft Auto to gym culture to the cruising website Sniffies, Sinanan explores how digital platform’s structure desire and self-presentation while reinforcing the boundaries of hegemonic masculinity through repetition.
Through risograph prints, video, an interactive browser based work, and live performance, Buffer considers how contemporary experience is increasingly filtered through screens and interfaces. Across the exhibition, systems of mediation shape how narratives are assembled, how bodies are viewed, and how masculinity is performed, revealing the structures that govern identity, desire, and control.
About the Artist
Bradley Sinanan (he/they) is a designer and artist of Indo-Caribbean descent based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His work explores identity, labor, representation, and otherness through performance, digital media, and publication. Examining how power is mediated through design, Sinanan connects contemporary systems of classification and representation to longer histories of colonial control. By introducing friction where speed and efficiency are expected, he disrupts the seamless logic of bureaucracy, emerging technologies, and commerce, exposing the social and political forces embedded within them.
